Course Description

This Baby Boomer Workout Programming is our level 1 or low-complexity and low-impact programming perfect for your older clients looking to move better and your beginner clients looking to ease their way into getting fit. This programming includes 24 pre-programmed workouts from our 2020 programming with videos explaining how to describe and coach each exercise along with 24 PDFs - one PDF for each workout plus 2 warm up sequences, 1 cool down sequence, a list of equipment + equipment substitutions (so you don't have to worry about buying new stuff) and 2 custom Spotify playlist to use alongside the programing. THIS "LEVEL 1-STYLE" PROGRAMMING MAKES IT SIMPLE FOR YOU TO:
