I'm giving you our tests to make sure that your clients are ready to succeed at this level of training. There are two tests, one for cardio and one for strength. The test comes with two forms with the breakdown of all the exercises the athlete needs to do and the specific requirements based on gender they need to pass.

I have picked 32 G3 workouts to create an entire quarter for programming, with 16 strength workouts and 16 cardio based workouts. My team of programmers shot a video for every workout that describes why each exercise matters and then we demonstrate each exercise AND show you at least one tweak per exercise. This gives you the ability to tailor the workout to meet your client’s unique needs.

I also included 32 G3 PDF’s, one for each workout, giving you a quick easy reference, so you don't have to worry about memorizing the workout.

It also includes 3 warm up sequences: one 1 strength, 1 cardio warm up as well as a hybrid warm up to keep it versatile and 1 cool down sequence.

There's a list of equipment we use in the videos and also a list of equipment substitutions so you don't have to start buying a bunch of new equipment before implementing these workouts and seeing results with your athletes.
